"Storm damaged 2 very large trees threatening the house. Dan and his crew professonally removed the trees even though multiple large and heavy branches were overhanging the roof. He knew exactly what to do , what equipment was require and how to do the work safely and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and the yard was spottless when he was finished. "I would give Dan more stars if I could. He and his assistant are extremely professional yet friendly. They don't waste time and work together very proficiently. Such a fantastic job installing hardwood floors in our quest bedroom. I was impressed with the time Dan took to make sure he sorted through the wood planks to get a good variation of color which is important with hardwoods. Dan made sure that the wood in the bedroom door way matched up perfectly to the hallway hardwoods that had been previously installed years ago. They installed the shoe molding and filled the holes. No mess anywhere they clean up perfectly when done. My floor looks gorgeous, I could not be happier. Look no further than Daniel Green Construction you won't be sorry!!"

"The job started well, but it did not end on a good note. We replaced the baseboard previously damaged by the floor installer. Over the past two years, we have saved to replace and upgrade the baseboard. I was disappointed with the 1) how the caulk was applied to the finished baseboard, in some places visible 1/2 inch above the baseboard, and 2) How the baseboard application was completed by the refrigerator (we agreed to no replacing the baseboard behind the fridge). However, the side was not done; a visible part of the wall. Now, we have a hole on the floor. 3) There was damage to the casing around the kitchen entrance while the old baseboard was removed that was not fixed."
