His class provided comprehensive information on the process and planning required to achieve a successful renovation project. He granted us free access to the educational material and some of the planning tools (others are only available to his clients), on his company’s website. This served as the foundational info for his class presentations. He is a passionate subject matter expert and the class was interactive. He also brought in guest speakers, local professionals, with experience in supporting their customers in various aspects of their renovation projects."

"James, Derek, Jose and the rest of the DiOrio team were great to work with. We hired DiOrio for a total full bathroom gut job - full demolition down to the studs and then renovation. As part of the process, we procured multiple quotes. James and Derek provided a rough estimate on the spot and then gave us the most transparency through the contract. They were quick to work with and get the contract sorted and signed. Pricing was fair and competitive. Once the project started, communication was great. Our project went on longer than anticipated as we added multiple things in the middle and worked with Boston's inspection process and they were always great managing the project, the contacts, subs, etc. They worked with at each step to ensure we were happy with how things were progressing. James was hands-on throughout the entirety of the project - from start to finish. His attention to detail is fantastic - particularly in the tile work, which was beautiful (despite us having a complicated pattern request). Toward the end of the project, he worked weekends and stayed late to we could get things done within a certain timeline. At one point in the project there was a hiccup from one of the specialists and Derek immediately reached out to us to ensure they would take care of everything. Totally seamless and I really appreciated that their long relationships with the people they worked with gave us security we wanted for the job as a whole. Totally trustworthy and thoughtful around all our kids, pets, home, and yard. They clearly put a lot of thought into the contract which includes all details, so be sure you understand what the finished product will be so there are no surprises. Always happy to answer questions - very helpful team. We've recommended to friends already and would definitely work with again"

"Erick and Tom are great. Quality work. Attention to detail. Their forethought thinking of details that just make better sense for us such as solar lights for the stairway and which way the stairs aim. They even used the extra dirt from digging the footings to grade a part of my yard behind the sunroom. They work long days even in the cold and sometimes dark. They never leave a mess. My driveway is cleaner than I have ever kept it. My project was a complete tear down of my sunroom and rebuilding the room. I plan to hire them again for a new back deck in the spring."

"I found Redman construction on Angie's List, and boy, am I glad I did!  The whole team is professional, friendly and has great attention to detail.  This was our first remodeling experience, and Jim and Joe helped us navigate the process, from recommending excellent suppliers for appliances (Yale Appliance) tile (Best Tile) beautiful Bella Wood floors (Lumber liquidators), to providing sub-contractors who were talented and delivered on time services. <br /> Despite a few blips in the process (low water pressure requiring a pipe from the house to the street to be replaced), and extra electrical work on the outside of our house) Joe kept us informed, calm, and basically held our hands through the entire process, which only took 6 weeks (from start to finish) and produced results that far exceeded our expectations. <br /> When the cabinets we ordered came in much darker than the door sample(we later found out the color we picked was discontinued, and no one was informed), Joe  took it in stride and got us replacements in no time. When the tiler had to go out of town before the backsplash was done, they did it themselves, to make sure we had our kitchen done. <br /> The plumber they recommended, Charlie Holmes was amazing, and kept us going with his sense of humor when things felt like they would never end (I don't know how people go through this for months at a time). <br /> Kris, the foreman who was on the job daily was helpful, talented, and convinced that making us happy was the point of his job.  The tiler, the painter, and the electrician were also great. At the end of the job, when all the little details need to be finished, they were more than accommodating to our every wish. <br /> We now have a gorgeous kitchen, a bathroom that our friends are jealous of, and a dining room that looks like one. I would gladly use Redman Construction again, and recommend them to all my friends!"
