"It turned out pretty good. We had a snowstorm that week but the guy from the company returned my call pretty promptly. It was about a day or two later because it was a weekend when I called and it was late so he returned my call that Monday and he made an appointment to come out. He was there promptly and on time and his services were good. He was not able to give me the inspection at that time because the roof was covered in snow but he made the necessary repair because I had a leak at that time. When the snow cleared up, he came back and made the inspection. It all went well. He provided the service approximately five days after I purchased the big deal. I do not have a lot of knowledge about the pricing of roofing services so I do not really have anything to compare his price to but I did not feel like I was overpaying. I had no further leaks after the service was provided. I plan to use him again in the future."

"I bought a roof maintenance and inspection package. It took a few attempts (by email and phone) to get a hold of someone to schedule the appointment, and they weren't very professional on the phone. They arrived several hours late on the day of the appointment and I actually had to leave as they arrived. However, a little while later I got a very nice phone call explaining what was done and some small issues they found. They didn't try to upsell anything, and they actually put my mind at ease about the problems they did find by explaining how I'd know when it was time to look at bigger repairs or replacing our roof. To be perfectly honest, once I got over the initial annoyance of multiple phone calls and the wait, I was very happy with what they did, and I'd most likely use them again."

Also, installation did not include downspout extenders, so as installed there would have been more water near the foundation then before the gutters went up. Would have appreciated a heads-up on this, with an option to add extenders. Installers were very good natured and worked well together."
