"I had a bad smell coming out of my shower drain.  Two guys (one in training) came to look at it.  Seems I just had some hair blocking the drain.  They used my tool (a dryer vent brush) and cleaned out the hair.  Took about 5 minutes.  He put bleach down the drain afterwards at my request.  That was it.  Cost $128.  I learned a lesson.  Use a dryer vent brush (about $10) and do it yourself to save the money.  The fella's were nice and informative, but I sure wish I could have got a better rate since the job was so simple and short. "

The lead plummer called and ask if they really had to install the back flow because it was so expensive. They did have to install it and they did a good job. They had to use some equipment that did mess up my yard but other then that they worked hard and I give them a B rating."
