"My experience with Dustin (the repair person) and the lady who set up the appointment for me via phone was great.  I got an appointment within a few days of my garage door failing to open, and the lady was polite and very professional.  Then the day before my appointment, I got another call from them to tell me when I could expect to see them tomorrow.  I had a few other things going on that morning, with taking my little one to school and other errands, and so the lady said no problem, I will make a note of that and make sure the technician knows to only call between such-and-such time.  I liked that little bit of extra effort on their part to work with me, not just say this is what we have deal with it. Dustin gave me a call to let me know he was in route about 20 minutes before he arrived the next day, which was nice.  And when he got here he was friendly and took time to explain what had caused my door to fail in detail.  He said it would take about 30 minutes to fix, and sure enough, it took just 30 minutes.  After completing his work he went through with me what he had serviced and fixed, and even gave me some helpful tips to help keep my garage door working smoothly for as long as possible.  All in all, it was a very pleasant experience for me with this company, and I will definitely give them a call again when I need them in the future!
