"Guy of C&G Restorations is the one bright spot in the issue of having mold in your home. He and his team are remarkably professional. His prices are very reasonable, which I learned after overpaying for a previous mold issue. He's works quickly and thoroughly and leaves the area absolutely spotless. In addition, Guy and his team do not break anything or throw anything out without your knowledge and permission, which happened with the first company I used. Guy explains everything, every step of the way. His friendly manner makes him very easy to deal with, and he replies to texts, phone calls, and/or email in a flash. I wish service companies for all home needs were this wonderful. I hope your home never has mold, but if you do, Guy/C&G Restorations is the absolute best company to work with."

"Nick and team were extremely helpful, informative, responsive and did exactly what they said they were going to do (and even better when they said they were going to do it). Nick was very reachable via email and was more than willing to help. I hope to never need a foundation expert again, but if I do I know that I would definitely have them do the work."

"We had been living in our house for 5 years and although the kitchen was a new addition, every winter my wife & I had noticed how noticeably the temperature differentiated especially after the winter of 2014/15.  And because it was a dirt floor with some wood and old construction debris strewn about.  I was not so keen on staying down there.  In doing my own investigation there was some piping and insulation under floor.
So when investigating estimates we called a number of "green" companies.  Out of the three companies that came, only Frank Petrullo with Eco Green Solutions, noticed the mold and a water leak coming from fridge line.  He took the time to show me where the water was coming, how mold had proliferated on the wood floor joists and beams.  The dirt floor was somewhat moist and light was visible from outside along foundation rim contributing to the mold and moisture in crawl space.  He explained each of our options and detailed the steps in sections of each estimate.
We opted to have a plumber fix the water leak, then franks crew came in, cleaned up the mold, then layed down the crawl space membrane, finally insulating floor & rim joist.  All in under two days.  The crew showed up on time, left the open sections of the house clean, and we immediately noticed a difference in kitchen and rest of house.  Walking around bare foot in kitchen is more comfortable, the kitchen is less noisy, and house humidity is maintained.

"I am very relieved! A day or two after my foundation crack was sealed a brutal storm occurred.  I'm happy to report that there was not one drop of water in my basement."

"Everything went better than expected, it was finished earlier than the due date, and i am very satisfied with the results. Misha seems very amicable, we were able to negotiate with the price without any problem."

"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working. All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall. I will be using Roca and his work crew again."

"John and his team did an excellent job replacing the flat roof on our 1908 house...with a roof that really was truly not fixed correctly since then. We had ancient layers upon layers of roof covering which were just soaking up the water like a sponge causing leaks, along with a waterfall down one of our exterior walls due to poor drainage. JJ's took the entire old mess off and laid down new covering, with all rotten wood replaced. They fixed the drain, replaced the flashing, added a new hatch, fixed the porch gutter and patched our porch roof. When I saw the new roof I just wanted to dance! Thank you JJ's!"
