"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"This was the second time using JL Appliance and I can say Jerel was terrific. He helped walk me through the steps in dealing with LG's warranty department to replace a non working compressor and within a week or so my refrigerator was working as it should. I highly recommend JL Appliances for all appliance repairs."

"Excellent job n my dishwasher. Diagnosed the problem and came to the conclusion that we were better off replacing. Also repaired my stove ignitor while here!"

"ASAP was a pleasure to work with. Edwin in the office stayed in communication with throughout from when I called to get help up until the Technicians left. The pricing was fair and he explained to me how billing would work and what was wrong with my unit. The Tech Miguel was super friendly and patient with me. He wore boot coverings and left everything clean and most importantly repaired. He even took the time to adjust another part on my unit that was not part of my repair. Great guys I highly recommend them."

"Chris was great. He gave an estimated arrival time and kept me posted about when he would arrive. Once he arrived, he was very professional and respectful of my home; he didn't even mind my nosy cat. He gave me an assessment of possible repairs needed on my portable AC, gave me an estimate for possible costs and provided an invoice on the spot. He made the whole process very easy, and I appreciate the time he took to explain everything. I would definitely hire DG HVAC & Home Services again for my appliance repair."
