"Great work in a timely manner at a fair price."

"After damage from a fire in the apartment above ours, we had major water damage and had to do a gut renovation. Modo was very easy to work with, and the quality of work was excellent. I'd hire them again."

"Danny and his crew were extremely professional. He was honest and reliable. They did a wonderful job with the renovation and Danny went above and beyond with helping to make suggestions when we were being indecisive. Did a great job rewiring all of the cables and awesome job refinishing hardwood floors. A little pricey but they definitely did more than a solid job! Would use again and would recommend."

"Gustavo and his team were phenomenal. The scope of the project evolved a lot after starting yet Gustavo was extremely fair with the pricing and tried his best to stick to the original timeline. His ethics are unmatched and did not deviate at all from his original quote for the initial job. From the day he started, you could tell Gustavo's primary objective was to ensure 100% satisfaction when it comes to quality and value. There was a fair amount of structural work such as removing a load bearing wall and replacing it with a complicated support beam. The final result looked like the house was originally built like this. So from the structural elements all the way down to the bathroom tile grouting everything was done with expert precision. Was also amazed to see how tidy his crew kept the house and cleaned up every single day and didn't damage a thing during the 6m renovation. He even helped out with minor things around the house outside of the renovation project which he did with full care. Couldn't recommend Gustavo and his team more. Can never go wrong hiring a great person who gives 100% to deliver."

"LRL Designs drew the blueprint, designed my kitchen & 2 bathrooms and created a new entrance to my dining room, which created a much more open floor plan in my main floor. I love the way everything turned out and am very grateful for the professionalism and dedication from the designer. She was a pleasure to work with."

"I was very pleased and satisfied with the work that Loja Renovation provided. They replaced and installed a medicine cabinet by removing old tiles and replaced with new tiles to accommodate the new one. Patched a wall where a bathroom cabinet was removed. And replaced a tub spout with a new one. I would hire the again and recommend them to others."

"A few years ago Andrew Ramirez performed emergency service as a result of significant flooding and water damage in our basement. Mr. Ramirez acted as our insurance claims handler, contractor, and designer supplying the necessary labor, materials and equipment to complete this project. When water damage occurred in our kitchen only a few days ago we immediately placed a call to Mr. Andrew Ramirez . We want to share with the world the many talents of this man. Style, taste and class are the adjectives that come to mind when trying to describe Andrew as a contractor, designer and problem solver. He has the uncanny ability to bring out a rooms potential mastering angles and space. After our major flood Mr. Ramirez not only fixed the water issue but renovated the entire basement of our home. Andrew Ramirez worked with us on every aspect of the project suggesting we meet as a team -contractor, designer, claims adjustor. Another example of his professionalism, In additional, Andrew Ramirez has a unique expertise with insurance claim handling. Excelling in organization including detailed paper work, quotes and detailed e-mails are all a natural part of his repertoire. There are no surprises when you are a client of his. Phone calls are immediately returned and Andrew leaves not stone unturned for excellence. In keeping with the spirit of collaboration Andrew has made numerous phone calls with our insurance company, suppliers and other people involved in our total renovation design project. Another great aspect of working with Andrew and his company is his relationship with other resources. He is always on top of the timing of things making any major house project as painless as possible. Andrew Ramirez is far from a "yes" person. His honesty and up front manner is one of his most important characteristics. In addition, Andrew seems generally concerned about cost and we had the feeling that he handled us as if he were doing this for his own home. It is clear from working on our second project with Andrew that he is passionate about his work and sincere when you are his client. We highly recommend this remarkable man and his company to anyone who is looking for quality work!"

"Expert general contractor, capable of handling a major renovation. Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring the work product/outcome is up to very high standards. Danny and his team helped with the design/layout/implementation of, among other things, a full kitchen renovation, 3 story staircase replacement, flooring, entire home painting, and a bathroom/closet renovation. He was always responsive and available throughout the project. Highest of recommendations!"
