I first got to Bittick's on a Saturday less than two hours before closing, and needed the new rug a week later. I had very specific size, texture, and color requirements, but it is difficult for me to make color decisions based on samples in the store. The rug had to be made from carpeting which had to be ordered, so the time frame was very tight. I needed someone to quickly narrow down the choices for me from the vast array of what was on display in the store. <br /> Mark immediately tuned in to what my needs were, and gave his full attention to helping me reach a quick decision, even though this was a relatively small amount of business for them. He quickly zeroed in on the brand of carpeting that could be delivered in time, and explained all the other options, some of which I'd never heard of.
