"I reached out to Efran to get a quote for my driveway. It was half asphalt and half concrete and had shifted a lot due to improper drainage. I got him to extend the driveway to a retaining wall that was itself in need of attention. It was bowed out and lacked pointing. In-between the wall and my old driveway was a shed that had no foundation. I asked if he'd be able to move it to atop of the retaining wall and he said he'd try. He came up with a plan to fix the drainage issue and also added a conduit pipe under the new driveway. He did everything he said he would and even removed some small stumps for me. He wasn't able to move the shed but he managed my expectations early and let me know it may not work. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing work done!"

"We had some relatively minor termite damage in a basement corner, some of which may have predated our purchase of this house.  Called this company on a Sunday for an estimate, owner (Nick) was responsive, called me back that afternoon and then was able to come out the next day. He was familiar with this type of damage, told me the fixes and spotted another area of possible concern in the joist. He delivered an estimate within two days. We determined to go with his company based on his competitive price, seeming confidence in doing the job and also on other Angie's List reviews. 
The day his workers were scheduled, they arrived before 9am. The main guy (Andy) sized up the jobs, listened to what I said and then went to go get materials and his helper to do the work. They ended up cutting out about 8 feet total of sill plate, which they replaced with pressure treated wood. While they couldn't get into the very far corner, they got as far as they
could and then sistered the rim joist. They also sistered the adjacent joists. Before they left, they sealed up a couple of cracks and "winterized" with spray foam any areas where they could see light around door frame or pipes.
While I would have liked if they could get a little farther, that was as far as they could go without making this a much more invasive and difficult job. I appreciated that Andy walked me through the steps as they did them, letting me know
when he ran into any problems. Overall this was a satisfying experience and I would use them again for other jobs.

Max is engaging and responsive, he always gets back to you. Their masons replaced old cracked concrete in the garage, where in an out of there in a day and half. "I got three estimates for this job Cleiton was actually a little higher but he wasn't cutting corners like the other two. He offered more for the money. His men showed up every day and worked 11 hrs or more. They put up a tarp and even worked in the rain. He does excellent work and shows up on the job 4 or 5 times a day. Cost was a little higher than the estimate due to an unforseen problem and some additional work I asked him to do, but not unreasonable. Cleiton came back two days after completion of the job and scrubbed the bluestone to remove all residue from the constuction.without being told. I highly recommend him he's honest and does nice work. What more can you ask?"
