"Our 39 year old house has been transformed! From start to finish, Arthur and the crew (Anthony, Eric and a few others whoâ s names I didnâ t get J could not have been more professional and courteous. Throughout the process, Arthur made himself available via text and when on site, virtually immediately, answered any questions or concerns. Those were addressed in a timely fashion. The work was meticulous and the guys cleaned up at dayâ s end. Now to the job performed. Aluminum siding was replaced with vinyl. Also included was 3/4 inch insulation, custom aluminum (pvc coated) wrapping for our widows, 25 foot siding (big deal as virtually no seams) and 6 inch gutters (no extra charge) that were manufactured on site. We opted to have the MicroGuard leaf shedding system installed also. Arthur offered to install the new light fixtures that we had purchased at no extra charge. Iâ ve dealt with numerous contractors over the years and AMERICAN HOUSE LLC is by far superior to all. Iâ m so pleased, that I hired them to replace my roof. Stay tuned."

"I had two patio sliding doors removed and replaced & due to the existing openings, there was a lot more work involved to make new doors fit. It was amazing how Nixon and his crew removed and replaced all the 50 yr. old trim and created matching moldings inside & out. Everyone worked non-stop and were delightful, respectful of property and very easy to welcome into my home. Nixon is on site, very experienced, and I appreciated his guidance in choosing new materials. He gave choices, explanations & prices on the new trim so I could stay on budget. The doors and new trim inside and out look fabulous because of the high quality workmanship of Nixon and his crew. I will be calling Nixon for any future projects!"

"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "I hired Arnaldo's company for my deck and pavers. I didn't want to micromanage 2 different companies. His company did phenomenal work. They were efficient with their time management to keep both projects running smoothly, professional, neat and offered suggestions for ideas other companies didn't. This is the only company to inform me concrete would not be the best option for my fire pit area d/t the ground shifting which lead me to pavers. Over time the concrete will crack but when the pavers shift it can be corrected and not noticed unlike fixing cracked cement. They worked with me to find pavers that wouldn't have me go over budget and I'm so happy with everything they did. We originally hired him to replace some siding on our house, which then turned into a bigger job of needing to replace some of our roof (it's always something with home ownership...sigh!). But, Marcelo and his team were SO fast, responsive and reliable.
