Chuck found another product that was perfect for us and he did it all within a day of his first presentation. The pricing was great compared to a few other estimates I received. His team showed up on time and got a living room , a hallway, and 3 bedrooms completed in just 2 days. They even took apart several of the beds quickly and put them back together. It looks amazing and we can't recommend Chuck/Floor Tailor enough!"

"Danny and team did a phenomenal job laying down luxury laminate flooring in our condo’s basement. We are thrilled with how it turned out. Danny took a look at our basement, and knew right away the best flooring to go with. The samples he brought over were beautiful and the quality of the luxury laminate is outstanding. On the day of installation the crew did an outstanding job. They finished the job in record time, even with some unexpected issues (our floor was not level, we needed trim, etc). Everyone was extremely polite and communication was great. In addition the team noticed a few things around our place that needed fixing (wobbly door, broken floorboard upstairs) and took care of them for no charge. We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.

We have installed and/or refinished hardwood so about 90% of the house is hardwood now and George’s team did all of it and it looks great. They’ve done rails, spindles and baseboard as well. "Lots of mistakes were made when the floor was first installed. But i was very impressed by the customer service and follow through to correct the problem. They literally needed to take out the first floor and start over. It was all a little frustrating, but they acted with much integrity and ate the cost to replace to the floor. The new installation, a pre-stained hard wood floor, looks great."
