However, in their rush they put a hole in the back of my house with the backhoe and it took them almost 6 months to repair and repaint the damage. "I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. "We got off to a rocky start. It may have been partially because it had been a very wet year, and business was no doubt better than usual. There were several dates set for the work to be done when they cancelled or didn't show up. The office staff was very apologetic, but it was aggrevating. They did finally set a date and kept it. The team that did the work was excellent. They finished the work in two days, did a professional job, and cleaned everything up. They left a Waste Management container for all the trash, which was picked up in a couple of days. As a result, the dampness is gone; and we have a sump pump as well."

The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

"MRD came a week or two prior, to give a free estimate on some moss build up I had on my roof.   Chris worked around my schedule and came in the evening to give an estimate.  He looked around and explained the work that should be done, in very specific details, which was appreciated.  My roof is very steep and I was concerned about a pressure washer damaging the shingles on my roof.  He explained that he'd need two people to do the job and that the pressure washer would be used on a very low setting.   When he came to perform the work, his crew came exactly when they said they would and cleaned the roof so well, it looks brand new.  MRD even pressure washed the siding and other build up, around the perimeter of my house.  The estimate was spot on and I felt that the work done warranted the cost.    Chis even called today to make sure the work done was to my satisfaction.  "

He was on time and very knowledgeable! No job was too big for them. Was provided an estimate and time frame. They Fixed the down spouting, new french drainage diverted the water away from the house, built retaining walls and even built cement patio! Honest, dependable and completed on time as promised!
