All of the work was completed on time and we were kept up to date with any changes and with the schedule. His Prices are reasonable and we were able to get everything we wanted done within our budget. Our kitchen and sunroom are now beautiful and functional. "We started out with a kitchen and bath remodel. We decided to add a composite deck off of the kitchen and a new bathroom in the basement since we created more space for the kitchen by eliminating our small 1/2 bath off the kitchen. Bill added valuable input each step of the way. Emallys construction always kept us in the know each step of the process. Bill was always available for questions and advice at all times. They turned our old outdated home into an almost new one! We were so happy with the other areas we decided to have them also do our living room and hallways. Excellent work and reasonable pricing. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home. We decided not to let them go for too long and bring them back in the near future to bring our 1970s basement into the 21st century!"

"First of all, I want to say I love our new kitchen and our new floors on the main level and would hire Rich Improvements again. If I could give 10 stars I would. Rich remodeled our kitchen, a gut job as they say. We had a budget with a little wiggle room and Rich did everything to keep us in that budget. We had a layout that we wanted, leave sink where it is, take a wall down, shift appliances about 2 feet from original spot. We wanted a bigger family friendly kitchen and Rich worked with us without trying to change our minds. We had several quotes for the remodel and we kept coming back to Rich, we just felt so comfortable with him and confident in his ability by just talking with him. Rich also was very patient with me as I made some changes, asked a lot of questions, made some requests and wasn’t sure on some things and he offered some absolute awesome ideas.
