"Mike arrived on time, was meticulous in his work and was great to deal with! He cleaned out all of my planter beds, placed mulch, and graded out my front yard to plant seed. I would definitely recommend Mike! Thanks for the great service!"

"Bob and Ben have been helping me with my grading from my addition and driveway. Always helpful advise and highly skilled work. A pleasure to work with!"

"Emmanuel and his crew cleared the vegitation (very hardy creeping Charlie mostly), leveled the ground, graded away from the house and garage, installed a gravel border, and laid sod. The end result looks amazing!"

"They were slow to start, giving 4 different dates before actually starting but then kept working on the landscaping until completed. Once they were immersed in the landscaping I asked if they could add a fence panel to our existing fence and put another panel on the outside of the yard but still part of original fence. Then they gave 4 different dates to do this but never showed up until Nov 24. They completed the fence finally. I had a metal arch that needed repair or replacement. They left that arch laying in back of the garage this whole time and on the 24th they picked up the arch and left. Never told me about the arch resolution. In April of this year I contacted the owner and asked him to complete the landscaping behind the shed because they took the arch away. He then told me he couldn't find anyone to fix the arch and he said the new ones were cheap metal. I told him then to forget the arch and put the stones there that he had used next to the garage. He has never answered that nor given me a date to complete this space."

"Austin was extremely professional and did very nice work. We had grading issues near the house and Austin helped craft a solution with me and then made it happen. I had struggled with other contractors in the area returning calls, not showing up when they said they would, and a variety of other issues - I did not have any of those issues with Clear View Land Management LLC. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they were going to, and the price was very reasonable. I've included a few before photos of our issue, and then after the grading, and then after they were finished."

"Martin came to give me an estimate the same day! Removed the branches from two trees I needed cut making sure they didn’t hit the electrical lines the very next day. Answers messages immediately and arrives when he says he will! Perfect job done!!"

"I hired AP Excavating to expand our parking area with a stone pad. Additionally they excavated, prepped and dialed in a pad for our hot tub and sauna. They also installed a new drainage solution. Through the entire process Gus was super helpful in providing updates and communicating options and recommendations for various details. I’d highly recommend this contractor."
