"Estes has been providing my service for approximately 10 years. Always prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They recently (June 2019) replaced my hot water heater and installed new HVAC system. An awesome crew performed the installation and was very thorough in explaining all of the new components to me. Also the gentleman who came to my home when the unit needed replacing was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and insured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before he left."

"My water heater was replaces, Scott replace a part in my showerhead in the master bath he also unclog a toilet .I have not seen great service like this in years. Most company now day’s don’t give good customer service.. most companies just want the money but won’t provide that service well. Senior plumber technician Scott, was very respectful explain every detail of the job to me check everything after, very polite I cannot say enough about him like I said. He represents his company well… Great job Scott thank you so much"

"Navien Tankless Hot water heater was not putting out adequate hot water. Matthew Jones was able to troubleshoot the system, finding a valve with a bad o-ring. The valve was replaced and we have plenty of hot water now. Matt was very courteous, friendly and most of all a confident worker."
