"Eddie was great to work with! We had a limited time frame to adhere to town inspections and Eddie and his team knew exactly what we needed and quickly got the job done. The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. I would recommend this company for any professional contract work due to their reasonable price, ease to work with and quality of work."

This is the 2nd major project I contracted Art DeRosa & Co for.  The 1st being 4 years ago a major living room/family room renovation which was hugely successful.  That 1st experience led me to award Art (after several other competitive quotes) this 2nd and far larger & more complex project.

Overall it went well but this was a complicated project encompassing all the typical trades and expertise of building a new luxury house but far more complicated because it was a renovation performed while we were living in the home. Dust partition walls with wood framing had to be erected in several locations in the house which included temporary doors for entering and egress in certain areas of the remaining living areas of the house in order to protect the remaining house from dust and demolition , as well as, provide privacy for us during construction.

Experience, Experience, Experience and Professionalism, Professionalism, Professionalism are the hallmarks of Art DeRosa and company.  He is a seasoned performer and pretty much seen it all.  Art has such a vast amount of home construction experience in both hi-end and medium end homes that he can draw upon a wealth of knowledge in all construction disciplines to implement a fine finished result.  As a former tool and die maker his penchant for hi-precision finish work yields highest quality appearances to things like moldings; trim; windows; doors; floors; etc. etc.

This complex renovation project lasted 7 months which was within the initial time estimate given at the beginning and Art DeRosa and team were here every single day, day in and day out,  bright and early during that time frame. He did not start any other projects and stayed on the job day-in and day-out even when other sub-contractors such as plumbers and electricians were on the job site excluding his people from doing any other work. Art DeRosa and team were here every single day until final signoff.

I would not hesitate to recommend Art DeRosa & Co for any planned New House and/or House Renovation of any kind.

"Excellent! Alta Renovations did my bathroom from the studs out. Tile, sheetrock, floor, vanity and the plumbing and towel hardware. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions). Jose, the owner of Alta, abided by all the rules, whiles still keeping a smile!!! His workers worked neatly and orderly, knew exactly what had to be done, and did it. Very pleased. I'm recommending him to all my ? ? ? ? ?"

"I used K&A Home Repairs to rebuild my deck. I found them to be dependable, professional and experienced for what I needed. Anthony came at the appointment time to provide a fair estimate and followed the work schedule as close to the plan as He could, weather permitting. I am extremely pleased with my new deck and will be calling K&A for more projects on my home."

"Quality work done in a timely manor for a far price. In a time when you can't even get a company to show up to do an estimate on a job, this is high praise. I would recommend them to anybody with a construction need."

"Kenneth was amazing to say the least! From the moment we first sat down with him for an estimate, he was professional, polite, & extremely knowledgeable, all the way until the completion of the job. We explained to him that we wanted to update our old kitchen & he offered great suggestions of how we could improve & better maximize our space such as taking down the wall separating the kitchen from living room to create an open concept & allow better air flow through the house, move the back door from the right side to the left to get the best use of the longer wall & allowing for more counter space, & suggesting putting in a toe-kick heater to warm the floor when I expressed how my feet are freezing during the winter. He returned w/ a computer model of what our new kitchen would look like & checked in w/us throughout the build. We were so impressed w/our new kitchen/living room that we also hired him to build our deck & remodel the front of our house so check out those pics too! ???"

"Excellent - Provider made appointment to go over the work to be completed. He was prompt, courteous & his workers were neat & installed flooring to my satisfaction. He was involved with every step of the project. It was a pleasure working with this provider,"
