"Luis is the man !! I opted for an urgent repair for the next 24-48hours at 9:45pm. I received a call from him 15 minutes later ready ready to come over and address the situation. I asked him if he could meet me the after work the next day between 1-3PM. He said I’ll be there. After speaking with him for a few minutes I can tell he was highly experienced and confident. Sure enough in no time at all he was able to repair my 60 year old boiler. I highly recommend if you have any heating and cooling issues DO NOT hesitate to reach out to him. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. "Joe was very respectful, personable and patient and explained what he would do and why to ensure our central air would finally work. It took ALL DAY but he installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling with attic ducts to draw out hot air, performed a chemical wash of the condenser, installed a wifi thermostat that required a new transformer and taught me how to use it. I LOVE being able to monitor indoor and outdoor temps on the app and I can see that our summer tenants are using it and that the AC is working great when needed."

"Great experience from the first time I made a request on HomeAdvisor. Leo called me within 5 minutes to inquire about my service. He came within 2 hours that same day to give me a free estimate and determine what work including all the permits needed to be done. I picked a relatively short turn around time to complete the work which included upgrading from 100 amps to 200 amps and taking out and installing new box and outside circuitry. Leo gave me a written estimate, itemized and emailed it to me and work was done within a week. When his team arrived they were on time with all of the necessary supplies and started working. One of the most details I saw in his work was that he was there at the work site the entire time making sure his crew was doing everything right and completing the work on time. It was about 7-8 hour job and Leo was there the entire time. I was impressed with what I saw I decided to ask for another task which included another light fixture in front of the garage because I knew he would do a good job. Leo and his workers are good, honest and dependable."
