The initial consultant was highly professional and it never felt like he was a ‘salesman’ with high pressure tactics just trying to get his commission. I have never refinished a basement before and assumed it would be the same as any other room in the house but I felt extremely reassured about the materials and methods used to keep the basement in the best condition as possible. When it came to the instillation, I cannot speak highly enough of the people that made it happen. They were prompt, hardworking, considerate, and there was never a moment we were concerned about having people we didn’t know in our home. The results are wonderful.
