He was on time; professional; told us exactly what needed to be done; how he would do it; when he would do it; and where to obtain/select the stones (that was an extra cost of about $3000 on top of his work) he would install. We felt very confident in him, and he really came through! He called us every day to keep in touch as to the next phase and the progress he was making. "I am very happy with the work that was performed by Millennium. My mom had a stroke and the bath needed handrails, safety rails and a shower seat installed. We were also in need of additional hand rails installed on three different flights of steps. We had a very short time frame as my mom was just coming out of the hospital. Kip was extremely responsive and was able to complete the project quickly, under budget and to my mother's satisfaction. Kip worked with my mom to assist her in choosing the style and hardware that she was comfortable with. She changed her mind on the color of the bars halfway through the project, and Kip did not miss a beat and was able to keep the project on track.
