"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The technician found three areas for one leak that were very likely the sources. He took pictures to show me the underlying problem(s) and the water trails. He did a fix of each. I'm impressed! Light years ahead of the H. roofing company who had been here at least twice before this year and spent 15 minutes giving no information, other than: "... the wind does it and these are hard to locate..". The other leak was at the solar panel anchors where the sealant had failed and the other guys had failed to address the condition of the caulking. I'm thinking, from watching, this guy he has resolved the issues until we can re-roof this summer. He sealed the edges where he saw leakage and replaced several screws. He also resealed the anchors. Haven't got the bill yet and it hasn't rained again today, but I'm feeling like we should have called these guys first! No pressure to buy. No BS. Just the facts of why the tar paper is failing and what happened to the original adhesive we used 34 years ago. A+"

"My experience was great.  Upon initial visit Rocket Construction performed a comprehensive inspection of the roof and attic noting all issues and work to be done.  We sat down and they explained in detail my options and costs for the new roof work.  They were very friendly, knowledgable and professional.  I was able to confidently choose the work to be done and roof style/materials from our conversation.  There was no pressure to "sell me up" on work I did not need (we were able to re-roof the house without stripping off the old roof which saved considerable money). A week later their work crew was at my house and completed the entire roof in one day.  The owners stopped by twice to check on the work and the cleanup afterwards was good.They even offer a visit after one year to inspect the roof and clean it of any accumulated moss and debris.

"I needed to have my roof replaced along with 5 skylights.  Mid Valley Building provided a very detailed bid and the price came in at least a few thousand dollars under any other bids I received, this included the price of new skylights. Not only did they provide Excellent service, but the installation was done with honesty, integrity and professionalism.  This company is family owned and displays wonderful ethics. They showed up on time with a great crew and completed the installation in two and a half days.  Not only were they prompt, but they made sure to leave the areas around the house cleaned up every day.  I chose Owens Corning Tru Def Duration Series roofing and was so very glad I did since I'm in a high wind and rain area.  They were very courteous and a pleasure to have around.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for honesty, integrity and professionalism in a contractor.
