"I had windows installed by Renewal by Andersen about 7 years ago and was very pleased. Recently a window I open frequently had a lock break and was not closing tightly. A representative of the company efficiently fixed the problems and showed me how to use a silicon spray on the tracks to keep the window opening and closing easily over time. Great service from the first service call to the completion of the repair. P"

"The windows are fantastic. Ty is an amazing salesman; explaining everything about the windows. They have made a great improvement to my home. We love them. We are now having DaBella install a new roof. can't wait for that to be completed and expect to love it just as much. Dustin an Ty have been great to work with throughout this project."

"FullTime Contractor replaced seven windows in my home, and replaced a double door to the deck, with a slider. I was very pleased with the services of Jason Olinger and his field team; noteworthy: (1) informative website, (2) discovery & review meetings clearly identified options, scope, schedule, and cost; a concise Statement of Work was developed; (3) periodic 'touch-bases' informed me of visits for measurement, status of material order, materials delivery, planned installation dates, and progress reviews/updates; (4) materials delivery was smooth; (5) install was smooth, and the install team very friendly and informative; (6) quality of work was exceptional; (7) customer satisfaction inquiry was appreciated; and (8) billing was clear and simple. I highly recommend Mr. Olinger & his FullTime Contractor team and won't hesitate to call upon them again, soon!"

"Tim, the owner, was late from the time that he said he would start our job, but what I really appreciate about him is that he called us and kept us informed as to when he would be at our house. "Uriel and John H. installed 13 new windows on my house in 3 days, and were terrific to work with. I was concerned about some dry rot on the trim boards on my house, and they were able to determine what was going on and get everything fixed up quickly. Andersen is expensive, but the peace of mind in having them handle the entire process start to finish was very nice. The entire process went very smoothly."

"Did a beautiful job laying the floor. The only complaint I have, is the cleanup after was not very good. There was a lot of debris left on the window sill and the floor needed to be cleaned better."
