"Ronal works with his little brother, wife, and another bud. All are very nice and respectful of your home. We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"Old appliances were disconnected and removed; new drywall and a new ceiling were installed; all walls were painted (and one largely replaced); new appliances were installed quickly and flawlessly; cabinets ordered from Cabinet Discounters (Columbia, MD) were expertly installed; electrical work was also performed and new lighting installed. <br /> The actual work was done by John E. Ruth employees Lesley and Tom Reynolds. They had done work before on our bathroom, so we knew they would do a good job, and indeed their work was exemplary. The work Leslie and Tom did on our kitchen was meticulous and thorough; they were punctual, conscientious, and utterly trustworthy. When she pointed out that that wall would be behind a cabinet, and that no one would ever know, Tom replied, "I will know," and continued his ministrations. <br /> Pat Graham, our project manager, was punctual and responsive and kept all his promises. None of the horror stories we've heard about contractors came to pass, and we are unreservedly delighted with the results."
