Due to weather it took a couple weeks but they contacted us with a date and time and completed task in one day. This saved my home from further damage at a responsible cost. "Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"Gus Moniodis of 4 Seasons Construction, LLC did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. My house was built in the early 70’s and the kitchen needed to be gone. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"
