"This project ultimately went very well, but it was not an easy one. Roger and his colleague had to remove sections of the old gas lines from the 100-plus-year-old light sockets in our home. You know, the ones for the gas-powered lamps that everyone uses nowadays... They also had to widen the holes in two fragile, old-timey ceiling medallions without destroying them. Then, they had to construct braces that attach each fan to a beam in the ceiling so neither fan would ever crash to the floor. Only at that point could normal installation begin (yes, I said *begin*)... The whole process took around four hours! Through it all, these two gentlemen were consummate professionals.
