"When we contacted D&M, we had already had another repair service in to figure out why our dishwasher wasn't cleaning. The other serviceman spent about ten minutes looking at it and decided we needed a new motor, which essentially meant it made more sense to buy a new machine. When Danny from D&M came, he initially thought the same thing, but then spent about a half hour working to unclog the spray arms...something I had tried to do but was only partially able to do.
