"The process was smooth. They rearranged their schedule at my request in order to come earlier so to beat the rain. And they come with their own packing materials. One thing that also makes the process easy is if you give them all the information they need up-front. I am very detailed and can be annoying but they appreciate it. This is was also the 2nd time I used them to move to same furniture twice in one year. The first move was taking furniture from an attic apartment. That's 2 flights up and down and with a spiraling staircase carrying 2 dressers and queen size bed and a chaise chair. Lastly, they remembered me as a returning customer which I appreciated. And my mother and older brother also took note of their professionalism."

"Excellent work. Efficient and professional 6/21/17 Update after the rain / Tropical storm I have hired a company to repair, restore and repoint facade in my Queens home last year. I made a $10,000 dollar mistake by NOT hiring Milestone restoration Inc. The Last Company worked on my house not only did not repair my house but did more damage. This year, I went to Mik who is the project manager / owner?? of Milestone restoration Inc and told me he would take care all my problem. I did extensive research on his company and found not flaws. (license, insurance, reviews) His estimate is not the cheapest on the market. We hired him to replace the roof and repoint facade in front of the house. The contract was signed and due to weather delay, he had to push the starting date back a week. It worked out to our advantage given there was no rain while repairing roof and facade. His crew shows up and started to work without delay. Mr. Mik is on site everyday and give direction to the crew. On the contract, he performed all the tasks on time and with professionalism. His crew knock out my security light. Mr. Mik did not hesitate to replace the light and throw in 20 bucks for the inconvenience. He told the crew to own up to their mistake and promptly took responsibility. No excuses like other contractors. His crew worked on the hottest days of this year (97 degrees x 3 days). The work was complete on time he even washed the brisk because it was messy from last year's screw up job from other contractor. I wish I hired him first time around. The leak stopped, I have 10 year warranty from the company. I hope I will never have to use it though. we plan to use him again to fix the facade in the back of the house next year (ran out of money for this year). I would rate them as such: Neatness: 4.5/5 Quality of work core: 5/5 Quality of work cosmetic: 4/5 Efficient / Timing - 5/5 Communication - 4.5/5 - via text and email Price: 3.5 / 5 - but you pay for peace of mind, knowing the job will be done right. I will use them again."

So... to sum it up,
Eddy was the most knowledgable person we have spoken to about trees.
The quote for trimming the remaining trees in the yard was extremely
cheap.  He was so helpful not only on the
trees we called about, but on recommendations for the future as well!
Now here's the down and dirty...
A certified Aroborist came out for a free estimate to check out our yard.
 He was on time and very nice.  We called to have him look at our
redwoods which haven't been looking so great recently, but he started in
the front yard and gave us some free advice on our trees out there as
well as the backyard.
When we went to the backyardto look at our
redwoods, he said they look healthy and are starting to come back to
life... basically, we don't need his services!!  (Another guy who was
not certified said he would trim it for $600!!!).  Eddy from Double Tree
service (not the other guy) said to leave the remaining 6 trees
alone this season and call him in 6-10 months to come back for a
trimming.
He was SO knowledgable.  Immediately he asked when
we had the patio slate put in, and attributed that to the health of our
trees (apparently the roots had been dug out and the dirt in the back
suffocated the roots on the far side?!  Who knew?).  But he recommended
that we wait to see how the tree responds before trimming it.
The rough estimated quote for trimming all the trees and possibly removing
one (that would eventually damage the slate and brick wall) was
EXTREMELY reasonable.
Bottom line... THEY ARE THE BEST!!!  Definitely hire these guys above anyone else... your wallet and yard will thank you for it.
