"Overall well. Luke is very responsive, Explains project and reasons for pre-existing plumbing issues, worked well with my schedule, and offers some options. I had some minor issues and questions with part of the tub fit which they returned to address the next morning at 730 am. I was a little overwhelmed by the work left for me after they replaced everything as far as drywall and flooring repairs but that is what happens in a 50’s ranch The only minor issue I had was the cleanup I had to do in my basement. The main work area was fairly clean but I’d suggest some extra shop vac time. There was a lot of dust, plaster pieces and some “mud” residue that was left on my basement storage items. I would have at least covered them with a sheet or moved them had I known. Long story short. Kegonsa uses good products and the actual plumbing work looks great. They actually were ahead of schedule for my repair. I would recommend them and may use them in the future. Luke explains things very well and offered a few options for our situation."

"We used Kegonsa Remodeling for a major kitchen renovation in a nearly 100-year-old house. Before the remodel everything in the kitchen looked cheap and worn down (think 1970s brown, everywhere!), and the overall arrangement of the space was really inefficient. "No work was done. We had him come to our house to give a FREE estimate to fix our bath tub leak. It says free on Angie`s list. All he did was look at the ceiling and get info from my wife. I repeat NO work was done. We were charged $99 for a FREE estimate. If it wasn`t for that I may have selected them."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
