"We used Kegonsa Remodeling for a major kitchen renovation in a nearly 100-year-old house. Before the remodel everything in the kitchen looked cheap and worn down (think 1970s brown, everywhere!), and the overall arrangement of the space was really inefficient. They came in and proposed a design that was the best balance of affordability and ideal features out of half a dozen contractors we interviewed. Once we began working with them, they provided consistent updates and met with us on a regular basis, enough so that even with unavoidable pandemic slowdowns, it still felt like the project was always moving forward. Once the remodel began, they had nearly daily updates for us on what was coming next, and the project actually finished ahead of schedule! Now we have a kitchen that has at least 3x the workspace, a significantly improved flow, and easily twice as much storage as our previous one did. "TDS provided excellent quality and service from start to finish. They removed the old brick chimney that was between the kitchen and dining room, and they did such an excellent job containing the demo debris that I didn’t even have to dust after! They also protected our existing flooring very well. You also can’t even see the patching on the ceiling. And at the end of the job, the PM let us know of a couple other issues he spotted in the attic (replacing vents) but didn’t pressure us in any way to sign them on for another project. I highly recommend them!"
