"We used Insurance Solutions Services (ISS) to contest my roof hail claim with State Farm who denied my claim. ISS appealed the claim and when that failed, they referred me to a public appraiser which I used in the "Appraisal Process", much like an arbitration with State Farm. My claim prevailed and I used ISS for my new roof (asphalt shingles). The work was timely and well done and it was obvious that ISS was concerned about customer satisfaction. "The entire roof was done in one day. I was satisfied with the workmanship. Except for the flashing around the chimney - which was subsequently redone w/o any hassle. The gutter covers (LEAFPROOF brand) were installed after the roof. I was concerned that they may not handle a large amount of rain, but we had a torrential downpour shortly after and they worked great! I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. Jeff and Azael were not only extremely helpful in assessing the pre-repair situation, recommending what should be done and preparing a detailed work plan and estimate for the project, but in executing the project rapidly with care and attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the new, re-sloped flat roof areas (including new metal trim and drains), the new clerestory windows, and the newly re-shingled mansard sections, which are a perfect match for the section we didn't need to replace. Everything looks GREAT and has performed flawlessly so far. We have already made plans to have Capital come back to take care of the rest of the roof when it needs replacing.
