"If I could just rate some of the service technicians I would rate them higher and would recommend that they find a new ethical company to work for! We purchased our unit seven years ago. We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"

"Last year I had a service contract with them. They came to service system in spring and fall as per contract. No other problems with the system. This year I did not renew my contract. Had problem with the condensate pump. Was not working. Water on the floor of the basement. Called them Tuesday, they said they would try to get here, but it would probably be Wednesday. Fine. Wednesday came, I called them at 10 am, 1 pm, 4:30pm. Hung up on a job all day. Said Thursday morning. That came and went. Called at 10am, Hung up on a job. I went and got a pump myself. I had 3 back operations and I had to kneel on the concrete floor and bend over to replace this. Why I wanted them to do it. It's done now, and called to CANCEL the service call. I felt like they were just ignoring me. Gave me the runaround. Not reliable in my book."
