"Supreme was polite, professional, and timely. They serviced the system and explained what items require repairs for long-term efficiency. I was very pleased and contacted them again for another system's servicing."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience! He repaired my heat pump quickly and professionally. He was knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he fixed it. The repair was done efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since. It’s hard to find someone who is honest, reliable, and takes pride in their work, but he definitely does. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC repairs or service!"

"The process was easy and the service top notch from the estimate with the sales rep to scheduling and the install. Ill recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air services."

"A/C went out on 90 degree Friday before holiday weekend. Called a couple companies recommended to me - one not taking new customers, one booked two weeks out. Went on Home Advisor and got a call from Addis within 10 minutes, arrived within an hour. Technician was very communicative about what was needed immediately to get unit working again (two things) and recommendations for future. His advice seemed straightforward and honest, he completed the work quickly and provided a detailed written description of completed work and future recommendations which is helpful as we have a fairly old unit and it helps us to think about whether we should repair or replace."

"I called a few HVAC companies on a Saturday morning, due to my A/C only blowing cool to warm air. After speaking with a couple of other companies that advertised as providing 24/7 service, Blue Dot was the only company that would come out on that Saturday. The technician that came out was named Dwight ("DJ"). DJ was exceptional! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. He also provided tips on how to maintain the a/c unit to keep it running efficiently. He was courteous, professional, and patient with answering my questions with a positive attitude. He repaired the unit during the visit. DJ turned a stressful situation (worrying about the possible repair) into a smooth and reassuring experience with his expertise and positive attitude."

"On first trip to diagnose, the unit was frozen solid. Paid Reduced service visit fee. Second visit was to diagnose and order parts. Third visit was to successfully repair the unit. Efficient and reasonably priced. Pleasant staff and technicians. Competent crew."

"Same day AC repair! I called at 930 am and the tech fixed the AC by 2 pm. Amazing service. I bought the annual service policy for HVAC since Horizon was so prompt, professional, and knowledgeable!"

"This company came highly recommended, as many of today's technicians cannot service traditional "steam" boiler systems. Ever since last year's "furnace emergency", this "Old House" here found "its rescue match" with Pohlman Plumbing & CJ, a highly skilled specialist, who tweaked the boiler back to "steam". Explaining why my Amish-built "Oldie-Goldie" was here to last, CJ enjoyed "challenges" & was not trying to "up-sell". This positive experience of transparency & trust convinced us that we'd found "the" company for all our "Old House" future HVAC & plumbing needs, thx!"
