"From start to finish the OPACHS team was professional, courteous and responsive. When my AC went out, they scheduled a same day appointment for a free estimate. They were on-time, and focused on what they offered (quality service at a reasonable price) without bad mouthing or making negative comments about the competition. When it came time for the installation, they were again on-time, thorough and professional. Finally, they were courteous and responsive when I needed their assistance to process a refund that was a result of an error on my part. Overall, a very positive experience!"

"Another service came out and said I needed an $800+ fix. I called Aire Serv to get a second opinion and they not only stuck with it until they fixed my AC, (it took a couple Of visits but they only charged me for one) they did it without needing the expensive part the other one tried to sell me. They were very responsive, helpful and educational"

"Everything went smoothly for the installation and purchase of my whole home generator. I decided to go with Kohler because of the natural gas powered engine. The installation process took about 6 days, but there was clear communication the whole time from ATS. 10/10 recommend."
