"It went well. They came out on a Sunday afternoon (of course it was more expensive because it was the weekend and their emergency hours). They completed the repair, and then checked over our furnace while they were there. We also signed up for a reduced rate for a yearly servicing of the furnace. Once we established contact, a planner came out and gave us detailed information on the system we wanted. They installed the furnace on time and very professionally. "Once I entered in all my information I got a call from them within 30 minutes or so. The repairman was in the area so I only had to wait an hour which was pretty darn good. I already figured it was either the capacitor or the fan motor and it was the capacitor. He switched it out and checked over my system. Found out I was REALLY low on freon so he recharged my system. Now it's like the arctic if I want. I'll be asking them back before it gets cold to give my heating a good once over. I would absolutely recommend them. They are very fast and reasonable. My bill came up to a hefty charge, but that had nothing to do with them, I should have been getting my system serviced regularly. With freon R-22 at $189\pound and my system very low - you get the picture. They did great though despite my system being under maintenanced.
