"Once I entered in all my information I got a call from them within 30 minutes or so. The repairman was in the area so I only had to wait an hour which was pretty darn good. I already figured it was either the capacitor or the fan motor and it was the capacitor. He switched it out and checked over my system. Found out I was REALLY low on freon so he recharged my system. Now it's like the arctic if I want. I'll be asking them back before it gets cold to give my heating a good once over. I would absolutely recommend them. They are very fast and reasonable. My bill came up to a hefty charge, but that had nothing to do with them, I should have been getting my system serviced regularly. With freon R-22 at $189\pound and my system very low - you get the picture. They did great though despite my system being under maintenanced.
