Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

We just purchased the house so I do not know the origin of the stains or if they had been treated before. Many came out. The carpet is fresh and much cleaner. "They were very polite. They cleaned the carpet in my basement.  I had told him they could bring the truck around the back of the house, because I have a walk-out basement, but they said no. They drug the hoses through my house that were wet. My foyer is wood, so I had to put towels under the dripping hoses. They did not vaccum the carpet before they cleaned, or move the furniture to clean under, even though I had asked if they would. The carpet was very wet after they left. I saw a spot in front of the wine rack, and touched it. It was not wet, so they had not cleaned that part, or under it. I don't think they had put spot remover down, because the stains were still there when it dried. They used the sprayer and sucked up some of the water, but that seems to be all. I have a bike that I have to ride for my health in the basement. One of the tabs on the handle had been pulled out that controls the tension, and will not go back in. These are things that I was not happy about. I would not recommend them."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
