We were afraid that this would affect the closing date for the sale of our house. I call Michael D. McCollom with M & M Roofing at 8:15 AM and he was here at 11:00 AM to inspect. Mike sent over a “near-by” crew and they completed the repairs by 2:00 PM. Mike had installed the roof about six years ago. The repairs were done under their warranty. "The Affordable Attic Insulation team arrived bright and early in the morning and got to work right away.  I had several questions about areas in the attic and Jason took his time to answer all my questions.  Then they laid drop cloths from the front door all the way up the stairs and to both attic access areas.
The team sprayed in the radiant barrier first. . . . As a side note if you are having this done it is a good idea to have it done on a day when you can open the windows as it does have a strong smell!  The good news is the smell did go away rather quickly with all the windows open.  I was a bit surprised at how bright my attic looked once the radiant barrier was in.  I guess it is the reflectiveness that made my attic seem much brighter than normal.  We will see if this improves the cooling next year.
Next up was the fiberglass.  The Affordable Attic Insulation team used the white cotton looking fiberglass for the install and installed it in both attics.  Once they were all done the attic looked like it had a fresh blanket of snow all over it.  Jason took his time and cleaned out both drain pans (one for the water heater and one for the ac unit and made sure that the insulation was away from the AC filter area and water heater . . . these are areas we had talked about before hand as I wanted to make sure we could get access to these areas safely.
Once everything was done Jason let us do a quick inspection and then cleaned up everything.
The job was done in a little over half a day and I am more than pleased with the work!

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer.
