"Called to request an electrician come out to access the repair of the stove power outlet and power cord which were completely burnt. I was given an appointment for the next morning. Victor arrived within the time frame and was very professional and polite. Didn't take but a couple of minutes for him to assess the damage and then prepare an estimate for the repair costs. He scheduled the repair for the next day for the same time frame (7-10 am), but the techs were running behind on another job and didn't arrive until 12:25 pm. The office did call about an hour and a half earlier to say they would be late and arriving shortly. Victor did not come back to do the repair work instead it was two other technicians. Once they arrived it took them maybe 20 minutes to finish the repair work and check to make sure everything was working properly. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after the work was done. In spite of the delay in coming back to do the actual work I would still recommend A1 Plus Electrical and will definitely use them again.
