"I hired them in March. My work is still not finished. I get a mailbox full on the main number. My shingles are not straight, they cut shingles on top of my roof singles. They ruined my above ground pool. They damaged my bay window. They left bare spots all over my ceiling. No insulation was ever put back. I have got plenty of pictures and recordings of conversations. Notice all the good reviews are from last year. This year they make promises no one keeps, no one shows up when you finally get a date from someone. I want my money back! they still have not even vented my water heater or furnace! .5 was the lowest I could give them. My opinion would be -5."

"I contacted via Angi website. From the beginning they were very cordial and informative. Our roof was more than 15 years old. Whatever questions I had, they answered promptly. One person was assigned to me- his name was Hafiz. He sent me estimate then explained to me the insurance. This company will give warranty for 50 years. Hafiz explained how they will work. He contacted HOA and city to get the roof work permit. Then on the day they replaced the roof, I was at work. But Ali constantly updated me with pictures and even roof top video. Punctual and professional. No hidden fees. For payment- I preferred wire transfer but they do provide various modes of payment. I have uploaded a few pictures of their while at work. They also cleaned after the work. As you can see they had the area covered with plastic sheets. Thank you for the smooth work!!! "
