They didn't even have the courtesy to call. I did finally figure out cutting the hot water heater off so my gush was now cold water. I called Keith the Plumber and he came out. Was here maybe an hour and fixed my problem for just over $100. Knew exactly what the problem was. Very professional and a really nice, honest man so, I would highly recommend him.
