"<p>Mostly good.  Painted exterior decorative trim when it was too cold so it didn't cure adequately.  Also, the exterior trim was not primed prior to painting.  Contractor said the trim was primed by the manufacturer....not true.  A few months after the install, the trim started to bulge again at the bottom due to water penetration (this was supposed to be fixed) and paint started peeling off the trim.  Since they weren't responsive to fix it the right way (sand, prime and repaint) In Nov of 2015 I spent $400 to have a painting contractor redo the priming and painting of the exterior trim....this contractor confirmed my suspicions that the trim was not primed at the manufacturer's plant and Adam contracting did not prime it.  There were other minor issues with door fit, gaps that had to be sealed due to inadequate door alignment, etc.  So he got the job done in a timely manner, but not as well as I would have liked.  His price was competitive with others and less than some, so I guess you get what you pay for.  </p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
