While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "UPDATED 10/30/2020: This is a revision of the 10/7/20 review. They did refund the overpayment and I'm glad that they have been working to make sure that they fixed the problem. They kept me informed about the schedule and arrived and checked the washing machine and determined that it was not the washing machine but I needed an electrician (When the electrician arrived after extensive searching they discovered that the problem was the sump pump) which has now been repaired). They quoted me a fee for the service call. While they were there I asked them about another appliance I was having trouble with. They took a peek and indicated what they thought was the matter and what would be needed for the repair. They gave me a bill for the quoted repair and I paid it by charge card. I was shocked to see that I was charged double the amount I was quoted when I looked at my credit card statement. I'm not sure if they charged me double because they looked at the other appliance, if it was a mistake or something else but I wish they had informed me that I was being charged more. As for the would I hire again I wish there was a maybe button."

Repair 99 worked with me via email in advance to diagnose the problem after I had done some of my own research to determine what was wrong. Based on that, Doug had the right relay control board with him when he arrived. After pulling the oven out of the cabinet, he was able to quickly confirm the diagnosis and then he removed and replaced the relay board with the new part. The oven was working and reinstalled within one hour. I will definitely hire Repair 99 again."

"I called four appliance repair companies and two said they did not service Bosch (strange because Bosch is the industry benchmark for dishwashers). One referred me to Master Appliance Repair because he was booed solid for several days. I called and Paul, the owner, said he could be at my house the same afternoon. The tech came and replaced the valve in my 8-year old dishwasher. The dishwasher did not work after the new valve and we called Paul. He came late the same day after 5:00 and unhooked the stopper which had been lodged out of place--no charge. Paul was GREAT. He is responsive and knows appliances well--even picked his brain for a new refrigerator we plan on getting. I highly recommend Master--excellent business acumen, friendly, honest, and super knowledgable."

Turns out Mr. Lebow worked for them and helped make their good reputation and decided to start his own company. He came when he said, diagnosed the problem, had to order parts from the company and came back on time/date specified, and installed the part. Only one charge for service/labor call although he came twice and I live 20 miles out in the country. very professional, efficient and reasonable labor charges. I would use him again for any large appliance repair, consider him both good and trustworthy."
