"They were amazing. I mean it really looks good. I think that if I paid less, it might not have looked quite as good. They were really professionals that knew what they were doing. The way they did the retaining wall just looks really really nice. I would give them higher than an A in some way. They were so nice. There were so many of them, and they worked so fast. They were experts. The salesman was also excellent because he took into part what I was trying to convey, and he designed it. He kept showing me, and we kept sort of tweaking it. You want that. They were punctual. They were scheduled for a week or so later, and I called and asked if they could come earlier because they had an opening in their schedule. They like to keep their crews working constantly, and I had really wanted it done as soon as possible. So I agreed. They came and they were right on time. They worked very hard. They always cleaned up after themselves. I mean so many leave a mess or leave a part of it undone. Plus, it just exceeded my expectations of how it looked in the end."

"Jose is a very personable and talented landscaper. He responded immediately to my request for a quote and provided it the same day. Our yard was a mess as expected after replacing a septic drain field, so it needed topsoil, grading to restore water flow in the proper direction, and a new lawn. Jose and his team have obviously done this before and expertly restored our yard to it's original condition in about a day and a half. The 5,000 sq ft of sod installed blends in perfectly with the rest of the lawn and the 5,000+ sq ft seeded area is filling in great. Jose loves his work, does it extremely well, and truly enjoys helping people. I would recommend him to anyone and only regret that I didn't find him sooner."

"This company did an excellent job of removing the old stone brick wall in our family room and installing a beautiful veneer stone on the first job and on the second job we hired 7th State for the remodeling my dining room. They were efficient, fast, and professional. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for and the customer service is impeccable!!! "Fernando was on time, professional, careful, and clean. Before starting the masonry repair, he and his assistant taped heavy paper to the floor to minimize, dust, dirt and damage to any surrounding areas. Fernando worked straight through the job until it was completed in one day. The job was done well and at a price well below other bids I received. Fernando brought his son, who is fluent in English, to help answer any questions I had about the job while it was going on. After the job was complete, I checked the work and the new wall section was straight and matched up with the old existing section of the retaining wall. I spent about 1/3 of the price of my highest bid I received. His bid was comparable with my lowest bid from another contractor."

"Crew arrived on Thursday as scheduled. Polite and courteous. Covered everything to limit the dust which there was a lot of. They cleaned up every night--and at the end. Three day project and the crew worked late on Sat to finish. Oscar came back on Tuesday to finish sealing the lampposts. Thorough and hard working. They also matched 30 year old mortar very closely. Definitely would use again.

"Jesse and his team at Tillerman built a beautiful wood retaining wall along the back of my property, a fence around two-thirds of the yard, and two gates. Jesse was very responsive, punctual, and professional. The workmanship is great - prior to getting the wall, we were losing a quarter inch of yard every time it rained, but the retaining wall has stopped the erosion. The fence was raised a few weeks after the wall was installed, and the team completed the work in a day. After the fence was raised, we ran into some problems caused by the erosion that occurred prior to the retaining wall being installed, but Jesse promptly returned to deal with it. The fence looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Tillerman."
