He came in, looked at the situation, and we developed a plan for replacing the water heater in the morning. But as we talked, it kicked in and we realized it still worked, so no repair was needed! Neither Brian nor Robert pressured us to replace the water heater, once we determined it was working. I appreciate their responsiveness, patience, and candor!"
