They sent a text along with a picture that said they were on the way and instantly made me feel comfortable as I knew who the person looked that was coming to my home. Zach came out and was able to figure out it that my line needed to be cleared and he jetted my line with a free camera. He figured out I had an issue with my drain in my yard and they were able to get it fixed in a timely manner and made sure I wasn’t gonna have issues in the future. I would recommend Hargraves plumbing to anyone you know!"

"My appointment was at 12:00 noon and Heather their receptionist called me at 11:00A.M. to let me know they had a plumbing emergency with the appointment before mine. I told her i completely understood and she kept me informed every 30 minutes. The plumbers arrived 5 minutes after she called to tell me they were on the way. As soon as they got here they diagnosed the problem with my outdoor faucet that was leaking a lot and gave me a quote. It was a very fair price so i told them to change out my other two faucets because all of them were old. When they gave me the invoice for all 3 faucets it was the same price they had quoted for just the one faucet i had called them about. I cannot recall any company ever treating me so well and fairly. It was way more than fair! The company was great on every level from Heather keeping me updated and the work the plumbers did to their total charge for the work they did! I will refer them to anyone i know who needs plumbing services! Happy customer!"

"The dispatcher was certainly professional, but not engaging.  She said the TECH would be out the same day, and Chris was at my home within half an hour!  He came in, made a diagnosis, took a short trip to the local supplier, and was done quite quickly.  Unfortunately wife had to take over the process since I needed to be in Scott by 4 PM so I had no idea   I appreciated the Up-front pricing process and form.  I was a little surprised that the payment charge had to be called in as opposed to a swipe on the increasingly ubiquitous iPad or iPhone or Android, but it wasn't an inconvenience.  Chris was engaging and the both of us were surprised that the moment he pulled up the city works team pulled up here--unannounced-- trouble shooting a leak between my house and the house next door.  They arrived unannounced, left after turning the water off, but Chris circumvented that minor annoyance.  After months of waiting for a previous it was refreshing to have the provider come out on the same day--within an hour really--of my first call.  Great job."
