"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "Initially I set up an appointment to get an estimate for our kitchen. I was informed that there was a fee of 125.00 to come to my home to do that. At first I was a little skeptical, but then it was explained to me that the 125.00 would be included with the cost of the job. I had them come out and the gentlemen that came out were very nice. They did all the measuring and listened to exactly want we wanted to have done. They also made some recommendations on where we should go to look for our flooring and such. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. My husband and I went to the stores that they suggested and I found some beautiful tile. We checked out a few samples to see how they would look with the lighting in our house. We placed the tiles on our floor in different parts of the kitchen to see which one I liked the best. My husband actually left the final decision up to me. I made my decision and called up Spectrum One. We had already purchased our appliances and they had gave us a list of other material that was needed. Once everything was set up, the guys came out to do the job. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were very hard workers and made sure that the job was dust free. Not only did they do an awesome job on my floor, but they also did a beautiful back splash. I was very pleased with the installation of my cabinets. I would definitely refer them to all my family and friends.
