We really did not know how to plan out our 1,200 sqft unfinished basement, but Stephen, their architect, was very insightful and has so much experience. We were able to get a bedroom and wet bar living space exactly how we wanted it. Through the building process, Adam kept communication active through emails and Jorge did a great job managing the crews. All of the crew members were just so polite and respectful!! "I was in desperate need of a full kitchen remodel, from my floor to the drywall to the ceiling, the whole kitchen sink of you will ( pun intended) I contacted CSI and spoke with owner John, after a pleasant conversation he directed me to a veteran contractor of his, Cuban. Now im not a expert by any means, but Ruban was able to concisely explain clearly all that was recommended, and needed, done after his walk through and estimate. To include honest and accurate pricing ( i did my research after), to say I felt comfortable moving forward is a surety. Ruban came in on time and was diligent in all expectations moving through the remodel. New flooring, sub floor, tile, drywall, paint, a luxurious island, new plumbing installed, new lighting, cabinets.... everything, and I tell you, worth every penny. I am so glad I found CSI, I appreciate y'all so much. It's no wonder Mr. Whitmoyer and his company have been around almost as long I have LOL. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and I suggest you do the same!"

"We are seeking a complete refund of the deposit amounts we have already paid immediately (we paid them immediately upon signing the contract) and expect a refund just a quickly - Deposit amount totals: $3,993.06, plus the cost to replace the black aluminum fencing panels that was provided to them by us - Replacement Cost: $2,106 (see attached quote for exact items replacement costs). The work crew destroyed them by cutting into them (these should never have had to have been cut down at all. The panels are completely unusable now as they are no longer the correct length and the panel screws and brackets are completely missing which does not allow us to reinstall the existing panels. They destroyed our property (the supplied aluminum fencing panels, screws & brackets) during the install and it cannot be salvaged and will have to be repurchased. We have attached a breakdown of what the replacement items would cost to repurchase in order to correctly reinstall the fence. We just want our money back and any lost funds due to having to reorder items needed to complete the fence that we had already supplied. We do not want to work with them any further as we have no trust level that they will come in and complete the reinstall correctly. The last text with the owner indicated he was to come out the next day to discuss further with us how to resolve. That was on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 5:11pm. He never showed up and we have never heard back from him."

Before deciding on Custom Home Medic, we received one other estimate from a contractor recommended by our realtor which was the same cost but did not include any upgrades, only repairs. It was very general whereas Custom Home Medic was very specific & transparent in itemizing costs. We replaced bathroom flooring (4 baths), replaced kitchen countertop (tile) with granite, & added a backsplash. All interior doors and hardware were changed as well as upgraded light fixtures, MB windows replaced, new basement carpeting, paint throughout including baseboards & many misc repairs. We were well-informed about the progress and about minor cost adjustments which were all made within budget. All work was completed within the time frame expected and our house sold the first day on the market for more than our asking price.
