On Monday, a professional crew of four, led by a foreman, arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and got straight to work. They were not only highly skilled but also incredibly polite, keeping the work area immaculate during the demolition. By the second day, the team had seamlessly removed the remaining 2x4s, installed a robust lintel beam, and perfectly matched the drywall and trim to the rest of the house. We also had an outdated picket wall around the basement stairs. Isai recommended modernizing it with a sleek 3-foot wall, and it was completed within the three-day timeframe. Thrilled with their exceptional work, we discussed adding a dream screen porch and deck. The estimate was too good to pass up, so we went ahead. The results were nothing short of spectacular. The screen porch was beautifully integrated with the roof joists, and the deck, built on sturdy 6x6 posts and attached to the house, was a masterpiece. The porch featured custom wiring for lights, a ceiling fan, and outdoor floodlights, with a stunning tongue-and-groove pine ceiling stained in a glossy walnut finish. The craftsmanship was top-tier, and the crew's professionalism and courtesy made the entire experience a delight. Encouraged by their success, we tackled our outdated 1970s kitchen next. Isai returned to vent and wire the microwave, install LED lighting, and add a sconce light. He even refinished the ceiling and windows. After removing the cabinets, Isai didn’t miss a beat, finishing the ceiling, painting the trim and windows, and installing a beautiful tile backsplash. When we realized our old appliances didn’t match the newly renovated space, Isai went above and beyond, helping us select and purchase new appliances and offering to install them. Huezo Construction exceeded our expectations in every way with their exceptional craftsmanship, incredible value, and the wonderful camaraderie we developed with Isai and his crew. "Randy Hudson did a great job of repairing/replacing a rotted deck post on my dad?s deck.  He was very good at assessing the damage and work necessary to correct the problem.  He was good about explaining the process to us so everyone understood what was to be expected.  Randy was very friendly and completed the work as planned and scheduled.  He also did a great job of installing new lattice for the deck skirting as part of the project.  I thought the price charged was fair and reasonable and we have asked him to give us an estimate to pressure wash and paint the deck and other house trim.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
