"These guys are great. After asking for a quote on Angie’s list they got back to me in 10-15 minutes. Pricing is higher than some other options but I think it is fair. The tech got on site a little late but I got a courtesy call to inform me. After they arrive he knew the issue right away, cleaned it up, gave me some advise on how to handle next time and also options in case this did not work. Excellent work"

"I felt that he tried to make the job more than it was. At first he wanted to replace pipes along with the basket plus charge me what I felt was too much to make an adjustment on stopper on another sink. When I told him to just give me the estimate and that I was going to get another quote, he backed down and said all he had to do was replace the basket if I didn't want pipes replaced and he couldn't charge me to make the adjustment on the sink stopper which took him 5 minutes to do. He was polite and did a good job, but I felt he was trying to make the job more than it was. I pointed out to him that the main sink was only leaking at the basket and not at any pipes. had I not done that, It would have cost me double what the actual price was. Not sure if I would use them again."

"They arrived approx as scheduled: were unable to repair the dripping faucet(suggested I replace it); determined that the replacement garbage disposal I had purchased was too large for the space and should be replaced with the same model as the old one and that there was already a water line for a refrigerator. I went out and bought the specified garbage disposal and they returned later in the day to replace it. They told me what water line to buy for the refrigerator but did not hook it up."
