"They had to come back for finish ups. Then they had to come back to blow in additional insulation, wrong amount blown the first time. The installers out a nail through an electric cable and it meant I had to call electric service people to replace IGF in the garage. I also had to have a freezer repaired because of the short. Insulation manager said he would pay for service calls, have yet to see the payment. Believe I will see the cooling and heating savings in the future but the company needs to be more careful overall."

"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). 3. removed all insulation; tacked  up all wires to roof of crawl space; treated all joists with effective chemical to destroy mold
4. replaced vapor barrier on ground
5. attached heavy duty wrap to all walls (to within 4 inches of roof of space) and about all posts
6. placed new dehumidifier in center of space; programmed to maintain proper humidity level
7. attached lighting to illuminate space.

"SunPro scheduled my appointment and their in house crew showed up on time and installed my panels professionally. Later that day their electrical crew connected my panels to my existing electrical panel. Everyone whom I've dealt with with this company has been helpful and knowledgeable.  Everything was clean, complete and I'm happy with the job.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
