I had a good idea of what the issue was and was trying to decide if it was worth fixing due to the fact that the washer is 20 yrs old. Once I started shopping I realized I didn't like what was out there and it definitely was worth it to me provided it made sense to fix. It turned out that several things were wrong but all were fixed (not an easy task) and I essentially have a new machine. James and his grandfather were the best and I had an awesome time watching and learning. They are honest, responsive and reasonable in price and certainly have a wealth of knowledge behind them.
